FAQ

Your
First Visit.

Your
First Visit.

The first visit begins with a conversation to ensure your unique medical history and symptom behavior is understood. Afterwords, a complete exam is performed to identify your posture, movements, and other contributing factors to your pain or limitations. These findings help your PT to ensure you are the proper candidate for physical therapy or if you can also benefit from a consultation from a different discipline such as chiropractic or acupuncture.

Your therapist will then provide treatment that may or may not include a hands-on treatment or an explanation of your home exercise program, or both. At the end of your visit, you and your physical therapist will agree on a plan and frequency of future visits.
