SCU Human Performance is the home of Chikara Weightlifting Club. Chikara Weightlifting Club is registered with USA Weightlifting, the national governing body of weightlifting in the United States. Members typically attend three to five training sessions per week. These sessions are dedicated to weightlifting club members so that the entire focus of the sessions is weightlifting.
