Session Times

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

We understand that all athletes are different and that they may train at their fullest potential at different times during the day and that their schedules often times dictate when they train. Our training hours for Summer 2018 are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday thought Friday and athletes who cannot train within our summer training schedule can call to schedule their training at 562-902-3312.

Summer Camp Training Session

  • 8:00-9:00 am       – Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning
  • 9:00-10:00 am     – Sport Specific Agility
  • 10:00-11:00 am   – Sport Specific Speed
