Group Fitness

Our intensive fitness boot camps are geared toward individuals wishing to get into shape or maintain their conditioning, and are not necessarily for athletes training for a specific sport or event. Each boot camp includes exercises geared toward general fitness, strength building, and aerobic training.

While the core program elements are the same for all participants, workouts are tailored to each individual so that participants of all fitness levels—from couch potato to triathlete—are challenged at a level appropriate to their conditioning and benefit from their experience.

Current Classes Being Offered

  • Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  • Saturday 7:00am – 8:00am
