SCU weight lifting and strength training classes are perfect for those individuals who want to build strength, muscle and endurance. These classes utilize progressive resistance movements, typically with free weights to isolate and tone selected muscle groups. Our certified strength and conditioning coaches will teach you the proper way to lift, with proper form to lessen the possibility of injury from not knowing what to do with weights. From simple dumbbell usage to proper Olympic lifting, our expert trainers will teach you how to do it.
