Monday – Friday
  • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Low Intensity Group Fitness
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – Strength + High Intensity Interval Training
  • 3:00 PM –  4:00 PM – Strength + High Intensity Interval Training
  • 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM – Strength Training
  • 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM – Bootcamp + High Intensity Interval Training
  • 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM – Strength + High Intensity Interval Training

Low Intensity Group Fitness

The Low Intensity Group Fitness class is a great general fitness option that includes a combination of body weight exercises, resistance exercises, and cardiovascular training. This class is conducted at a slower pace than the HIIT classes, and is perfect for anyone that is looking to get a great, total body workout at a comfortable pace.

Strength + High Intensity Interval Training

The Strength +  High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is designed to provide a well-rounded, general fitness experience. Each class will feature a strength component that will stimulate increased lean muscle mass and improve muscular strength and power, as well as a high intensity interval component that will improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Bootcamp +  High Intensity Interval Training

The Bootcamp HIIT class is designed specifically for individuals who are looking for a fast paced, circuit style workout. This class features body weight and lightly loaded exercises to keep the participants constantly moving, and is a perfect choice for anyone looking to improve their cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance.

Strength Training

The Strength Training class is designed for anyone looking to achieve goals related to muscle mass, strength, and/or power. This class is perfect for athletes looking to improve their performance in their respective sports (field sports, power lifting, weightlifting, etc.), or for anyone who enjoys lifting weights recreationally.
