Group Fitness


SCU group fitness classes are perfect for individuals wanting to get in shape, lose weight or simply tone their bodies through strength and conditioning. We are a university affiliated, evidence-based, client centered, result driven fitness program. Our aim is to provide individuals with high energy group training that fun, safe, motivating and challenging. You will work with highly skilled, certified fitness coaches dedicated to helping you reach your goals.

Workouts are scaleable to meet each individual’s level of fitness. We have a variety of classes to choose from as we know everyone is different. For a description of classes, please visit our schedule page.

SCU is now one of the only fitness centers in the area to offer Primal 7 – a unique, dynamic strap system that helps individuals of all fitness levels do many of the exercises they would not otherwise be able to do.
