Group Fitness


SCU group fitness classes are perfect for individuals wanting to get in shape, lose weight or simply tone their bodies through strength and conditioning. We are a university affiliated, evidence-based, client centered, result driven fitness program. Our aim is to provide individuals with high intensity group training that fun, safe, motivating and challenging. You will work with highly skilled, certified fitness coaches dedicated to helping you reach your goals.

Workouts are tailored to each individuals level of fitness and utilizes Primal 7 – a unique, dynamic strap system that helps individuals of all fitness levels. Our classes mixes strength training and aerobic elements to provide a whole body workout, as well as help you learn proper form and technique.
